1.0 - Privacy and Security Policy

1.1 - Only information in relation to orders is collected on our Website along with information relating to emails etc.

1.2 - When orders are placed with our Website, certain information is necessary.  This will be the name of the person ordering the Goods; email address; mailing address and delivery address if different; phone number in case of emergency contact; credit card details etc.  VISA and Mastercard details are not stored by Kids Surfwear.   Any information shared with third parties will only be to those who are involved in the processing of payments, the finance company that issued the card and the chosen shipping agent who will deliver the order.

1.3 - We will not divulge any information about our Customers to third parties unless with specific permission from the Customer.

1.4 - When there are enquiries from our Website, we only request the name of the enquirer and their email address so that we can respond.

1.5 - Should any Customer wish to provide product feedback or review, the information will be deemed to the property of Kids Surfwear and may be used in a manner deemed to be appropriate by Kids Surfwear.  This applies only to product information.

2.0 - Security

2.1 - Information supplied by e-commerce gateway provider. i.e. Westpac Banking Corporation ABN 33 007 457 141.

2.2 - Eway is used by this website as a secure payment gateway. Eway is a Payment Cars Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS) compliant gateway which is audited daily.

2.3 - For credit card transactions, your information is secured by using 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, which encrypts information you input.
