Returns and Exchange Policy
Received Goods can only be exchanged or returned fourteen (14) days from delivery at the nominated address of delivery.
Returning:
Should you wish to return an item, simply send the item back to us.
Goods must be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of Goods. Goods will only be accepted for return if:
- the hygiene sticker has not been removed on the swimwear,
- they are in the original condition that they were delivered
- they have not been worn, washed or used
- all the swing tags and labels are intact.
All Goods should be well protected in the packaging to avoid damage in transit. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are in the original condition
The Tax Invoice and Return Request Form (download here) must be included.

An email will be sent when the refund has been actioned so contact details must be kept up to date.
The cardholder will get the refund on the card they paid with, or a refund will be made through the Paypal account.
Alternatively we will gladly exchange it or create a credit note on your account by sending a gift certificate of the value of the original product ordered price.
Original shipping charges are not refundable. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable except for the following reasons:
- Goods received was damaged
- Goods received was not what you ordered
- Goods received was faulty or contains defects
Please note that we do not refund or exchange any returns if goods have been worn, soiled or the tags and protectors have been removed.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. If an order is partially refunded, and a gift certificate has been used the value of the gift certificate will be proportionally deducted from the refunded amount.
Please allow between 5-7 business days for refunds to be processed. You will receive email notification once the garment is received and then again when your refund has been processed. It may take up to 14 days after the refund is approved for the return to appear on your credit card statement.
Exchanging:

If an order is partially exchanged, and the replacement item exceeds the value of the original item then the difference must be paid. If an order is exchanged and the value of the replacement item is less than the original item then the difference will be credited to the cardholders account which was used for the original order or their Paypal account.
If an order is partially exchanged, and a gift certificate has been used the value of the certificate will be proportionally deducted from the exchanged amount. If the value of the replacement item exceeds the value of the original gift certificate then the difference must be paid.

Goods which are broken or damaged, or are not of expected quality:
Kids Surfwear will refund any purchase amount which will include the shipping costs of the Goods to the customer if the Goods are broken or damaged or not of expected quality.
Our Customer Care personnel will examine the Goods and, if they perceive that the Goods are broken or damaged or are not of expected quality, Kids Surfwear retain the right to refuse any refund or shipping costs incurred. We will ask the Customer if they would like the Goods to be returned to them.
Any returns for a full refund will only be considered within 14 days of receipt of the Goods at the specified address of delivery.
